What We Offer

We specialise in helping employers with workplace investigations and employee hearings

We know what needs to be done, and we know how to do it right.
Our well-documented evidence-based process can provide a strong defence in case of legal action.

Workplace Misconduct

A fair and transparent disciplinary process helps to create a more positive and productive work environment, building trust and confidence among employees.

We will establish the facts and ensure fairness when investigating suspected inappropriate behaviour and other serious workplace issues.

We can also conduct more sensitive ‘light touch’ ‘behind the scenes investigations if required.

A proper disciplinary process is not just about handling misconduct, correcting behaviour or improving performance, it is about creating a fair, legally sound, and positive work environment where employees can thrive and companies succeed.

Grievances & Whistleblowing

Employees are more likely to be engaged and dedicated when they feel that their employer is committed to fairness and takes their concerns seriously.  ‘Justice must

We know the important distinction and differences between grievances and whistleblowing; the legal protections given to employees; and we know how to properly manage each process.

Mediation

We can neutrally help resolve disputes or disagreements. It’s a more cost effective and informal alternative to more formal dispute resolution processes like grievance procedures, ACAS and Employment Tribunals. By resolving disputes amicably, it reduces the risk of legal action.
